Hey Warriors,

I want to tell you about a friend of ours, Trisha Adams.

There’s nothing especially unique about Trisha. She is a working mother of two, who lives a totally independent lifestyle, with an online business that is THRIVING despite the economic downturn, and despite the fact that everyone told her it would be “an impossible dream” to be self sufficient, working from home. She has no specific internet skills. She just has good business sense.

We have known Trisha for a few years, and we would say she is a pretty smart marketer. We first met when Dave and I were wholesalers, and we’ve been in touch over various projects over the years. Recently, she got in touch about some niche websites she had “on the boil” as she put it. They needed moving from one server to another, and we were helping her with that. We got chatting, and she revealed something that totally… utterly…

BLEW OUR MINDS!

Trisha had taken our Million Dollar Hijack method of building sites, and TWISTED the niche & keyword research into something absolutely…

SPECTACULAR!

Each site had been getting a 70% click thru ratio on Adsense.

Each site earned around $5.00 per day on Adsense.

Amazon sales were netting Trisha around
$20 – $50 per week.

In total Trisha’s 25 sites were making around
$800 per week.

The real key to keyword & niche research is finding the “BUYING” keywords that get your Adsense clicked, and your Amazon banners clicked, and CPA offers completed… that really is the “Holy Grail”.

The problem is… there’s very few ways to find out exactly what people want or need. There’s even LESS ways to find the actual statistics & data that say Keyword A is a better keyword than Keyword B because more people are BUYING the product…

This isn’t some rehashed crap. You know our work…

Here’s an excerpt from the guide:

Quote:
We like to think we know our stuff when it comes to niche keyword research. There’s various ways to find out keywords, and we have tried the majority of them AND wrote software to find them. Some believe that trending keywords are best, and some believe in “Microsoft Online Commercial Intention” ratings to gauge how likely a person is to “buy” once they have clicked through to a site from a search engine. All good stuff.

But surely we should be basing our site building on 100% concrete facts & figures? Hard statistics that say something like:-

  • pink dog dress” is the most popular keyword for last month in the dog apparel niche…
  • Surfers are MORE LIKELY to buy a pink dog dress than a blue dog dress…
  • People who are buying dog dresses are 40% more likely to buy a pink dog dress than any other item of dog clothing.

So, have you ever derived this information from a keyword tool? Have you ever sat and looked at keywords in Google Adwords Keyword Tool and thought..

“Yes, this keyword is MUCH more likely to have a 70% click thru ratio than the other 799 keywords I just pulled up,”.
