But How Do I Make Money?

Making money with your website all has to do with the type of theme you are using.

There are a number of different themes. You may want an online store or an auction site. These are known as active sites because it takes activites to make money.

Or, you might want a passive site. A passive site makes money from advertising. This can be Clickbank, Amazon, or Adsense, or even other ads. These are also known as affiliate accounts and there are a ton of them out there.

The best way is to have a combination of both types of websites. That way if you cannot make money one way the other way might help.

With the new advances you can now sign up with these companies and they have plugins that you add directly to your websites and not even have to do any programming other than inserting their code into your website.

If you are using WordPress you can get tons of plugins that will do this for you.

Some of the the other things you can is to let individuals advertise on your website with banners or text ads. You can even do classified ads.

The amount you make will be based on how many customers you get to your website.

SEO And Other Initials

Now that you have that website you now need to get it advertised. There are many different ways to do this. If you decided to use WordPress there are plugins that will even help you with this.

This is another area that I can definitley help you with. My previous tactics have gotten me one website that had 3000 + members and my sites now vary anywhere from 200 visitors a day and less. My tactics are not all Google friendly but I get robots from them and the other search engines almost daily for the higher traffic websites.

If Google is a main concern for you I can change who I submit to. This choice is up to you.

My main choice for submission software is All In One Submission Version 9. It can get you submitted to over 9 million sources  – 12,590,750 now. I am charging $10 to submit your website using this software for each month you decide to do it.

I can also do the Google Adsense thing for you or what ever you want.

I do not use Blackhat methods.

Choosing Your Website Programming Language

After you have your hosting the next step will be your website. There are a number of types to choose from including html, php, WordPress, Joomla, and others. Html and PHP can make very nice websites but there is a lot of upkeep to them and you cannot edit them very easily when you want to change the content.

For best results, Linux hosting is preferred.

What I am going to recommend is to use WordPress. It is easy to update, there are many plugins. the look can be changed very simply, and it can be used as a content management system. Wkoll, the amount of data it can handle is unlimited.

Just look at this site as an example.

If you need help creating your website I can help you. I am a certified webmaster with credentials from Web Yoda. You can contact me at charles_osborne@hotmail.com for more information.

In The begining

In the beginning was your desire to start your own internet business. This is what I am going to try and help you with. I am going to be publishing a bunch of articles. Some of these will be written by me and others will be ones that I have bought to use.

All of these will have useful information for you.

The first thing I see that you need to start off with and will be the most important is hosting. I had for years previously tries to save a few bucks on this , as I am sure the vast majority of people everywhere have, as I have had limited funds. I can tell you from personal experience that most everyone that sells hosting on the cheap is going to end up messing your business up. Unlimited accounts for the most part are a pipe dream. Simple economics teaches that there are no free lunches and the school of hard knocks has already proven this to me.

Everytime my websites got to where they were getting popular I was forced to move to someone else and this vicious cycle continiued for years. Now, I am at Hostgator and I am finally able to just run my websites and not have to keep buying up other hosting accounts for future use in case the host I was on decided to shut down, steal my money, and once more ruin my business.

I also have my own hosting reseller account set up with them if you would rather buy from me. You can contact me at charles_osborne@hotmail.com if you are interested. I still have a few slots open.
